Well what a weekend that was!

I am eternally grateful for the time we shared together, the connections made, the memories to cherish and for the ones yet to come!
The retreat had a great impact on me. I came to a profound realisation of how fricken awesome, powerful and compassionate us women are.
Some of the many things that highlights for myself is the importance of self care and supporting one another. I have reflected upon the retreat with such a warmness in my heart.
