I really enjoyed the Ancient Sound Healing session with Lucia, it was deeply relaxing and I left feeling calm and grounded. The sense of relaxation continued into the following day, helping me unwind more easily and sleep really well - 13 hours in total which is was amazing for me! A lovely experience and one I would definitely recommend.
