Thank you so much @iamluciafaith for the most gorgeous Spring Wellness Retreat at @lepommiergsy hotel. It’s hard to put into words how amazing it was. Loved every bit of it. The cacao, the meditations, the cards (always birds!) the yoga, the potion making, the delicious food, the fire pit, the deep connections and conversations…. Many new soul friendships have been made and my heart is full of gratitude to each and every one of you. Keep shining your lights embrace your too muchness (or not enoughness) because you are all perfect exactly as you are! Big shout out to @lepommiergsy hotel who really looked after us and fed us far too much delicious food! .
