I did a Shamanic Cacao Journey yesterday with Lucia @ healinghands in Guernsey and I literally cannot recommend anything better to rebalance the mind & reconnect with your inner self. Its a gem to find therapies like this on an island as small as Guernsey too!
It may be expensive but so worth it. If you are skeptical then try her Shamanic Reiki instead, she's the best I've seen out of so many gifted people!
