Thank you for yesterday's Cacao Ceremony.
I defo feel like I got something from yesterday. Going over what I have written down, it makes sense to me now. I didn't know what exactly I was expecting but what I got from it was definitely worth it. It has helped me understand and accept it in a lovely way.

I look forward to trying some other Cacao recipes because I honestly could not stomach any more. it smelt so good though! Lol I would definitely like to come again and would recommend this to everyone who hasn't tried it. It was all new and a bit odd to me at first but when we settled and I heard everyone else talk it didn't feel weird in the slightest. We all have problems and it's how we deal with them is the key. I totally get that now. I wish I had come to you sooner. Honestly from the bottom of my heart thank you so much. My partner noticed a big difference in me and how I spoke about just letting go without bursting into tears. I was upbeat but tired. I am also going to keep a daily journal now. Writing things down does really help.
