I attended the ceremony on Saturday not really knowing what to expect. From start to finish it was an amazing experience. The environment at the guet was perfect, the group were lovely and very open about everything. I felt very relaxed throughout and came out feeling very refreshed. I feel more grounded and have woken up today feeling a lot better than I have done in a while with a more positive head on. I will definitely be going to another one hopefully next month. Thanks Lucia for a lovely relaxing few hours.
