I just want to say how much I enjoyed yesterday’s Women’s Retreat and so pleased I had stepped outside my comfort zone. I didn’t know any of the women when arriving but felt a greater bond and connection at the end, perhaps it was the ceremonial cacao which had opened my heart more than I had realized.

Talking in a circle doesn’t come naturally to me but I felt supported and accepted for being me. I loved Nicky’s art, allowing me to express myself using materials and got me out of my thinking mind, here I found more of a flow and connection to my heart.

I always love the sound baths and this one was again just ,Wow! Incredible!

The delicious variety of food lovingly prepared by Sing, was a comforting addition.
