I visited Cia for her ‘eat right for your blood type’ treatment which was an excellent and eye-opening experience helping me to adapt my diet to suit my body and mind – I am very excited to incorporate what I have learnt into my life going forward and already feel so positive about the changes I have made – I look forward to sharing what I notice from my new diet and the impact it has. Cia’s lovely, caring, warming and welcoming nature/approach made me feel comfortable and at ease – I would recommend Cia and her wonderful work to all. She truly is a ray of sunshine :)
