On many levels this woman's retreat was so deeply healing for me.
Lucia, her helpers, the hotel staff and facilitators all created a safe, supportive and comfortable environment for us to open up, loosen up and let go. The rooms, location, vibes and food were nourishing to body and soul and there was a sense of true sisterhood within the group.
So grateful for opportunity to have experienced this.
