The years I have worked with Lucia I can honestly say the last month has been intense to say the least! I have had Cacao many times over the years with Lucia and I will never change how Cacao has changed me in every aspect of my life. I feel one of the most important changes for me is that I have come off antidepressants and tablets I used to take for my stomach acid after having my gallbladder removed, I am blown away I don’t need those anymore, I am even taking less of my steroid inhaler the fact that I have changed my diet is a massive help but I had to really and Cacao is the light I would say for me that has changed my life Cacao has given me such a conclusive, grounding amazing feeling I find very hard to describe, one word comes to mind LOVE, just pure joyous immense LOVE I am so grounded everyday, more aware of others feelings, I am present in each moment I am more calm and boundaries I had put in place are even better than they used to be. Cacao has given me so much wisdom, my emotional regulation is very much in control in challenging situations also I recognise my needs and choices more and adjust accordingly, Cacao has also given me reflection and the ability to learn from past experiences, which helps me to process on a much more calmer level, to guide today’s stresses and also future actions. Cacao has also given me the ability to make better decisions through not rushing and sitting with my breath while I sip Cacao this beautiful spirit of Cacao has helped me to find the wisdom in myself to really see ‘me’ and I do see me on such a deeper level she also helps me to release emotions knowing that it is okay I sleep better and one thing I have found hard over the years is to forgive myself more, the list literally goes on Cacao has help me to shed layers to finally remember my power and to help me step forward into my new chapter in life but there is one very important aspect of all of this, LUCIA if it wasn’t for the love and support of Lucia and Cacao throughout I wouldn’t be where I am today Thank you Lucia from the bottom of my heart, for being the beautiful Angel you are and supporting me through the years AHO
