Thank you so much for last night. It was a really profound experience. It had been a tough couple of weeks and I was really fed up and full of frustration. The experience with hape moved all that frustration through and left me with a beautiful feeling of connection, joy, gratitude and a huge amount of clarity.

During the ceremony I saw impressions of where the roots of the emotions I've been feeling came from and it's given me a lot of really fresh insight to explore.

It's now the day after and I feel more joyful, hopeful and happy than I have in ages.
