What an incredible day yesterday. Thank you so much to you all for creating such a precious space. I arrived tired and a bit agitated, after a challenging and busy few weeks at work. I didn’t put any pressure on myself to analyse, journal, overthink… I was just in the moment and it was wonderful. Singing, creating, laughing, crying resting, catching up with friends.
