Just wanted to say thank you so much for yesterday. It was such a magical day full of community, connection and laughter. I read something last week that we have a tendency to chase the big energies, the huge transformations, but the most powerful change often happens in the quiet stillness in between, in the subtle energies. To me yesterday was just like that. We came together as a community, laughed, cried, sat in reflection, caught up with friends and met new ones, whilst feeling the power of the solstice energies underneath it all. It was beautiful, subtle, but very powerful. For the first time I didn’t feel the need to over think anything, journal or try to intellectualise what came up. I just felt the feels and filled my heart with gratitude for Mother Earth and the beautiful souls that we take this journey with. Thank you to you and all the facilitators yesterday for creating that space, it could not have been more special or perfect.
Reading about the summer solstice celebration reminded me of a time when I was buried under schoolwork while everyone else seemed to be out enjoying life. I remember thinking how nice it would be if someone could just take my online course for me so I could have a break and join in moments like that. Eventually, I learned to balance study and self-care better, realizing that slowing down sometimes actually helped me perform even better academically.
