This has been my second cacao challenge with Lucia, and I am certain I will be coming back for more.

Working with Lucia on this 30 day cacao challenge has been transformational. When I started, I felt very scattered and lost. At the start of the challenge, I had just come out of a relationship of nearly 3 years which had become very toxic. I was dealing with a lot of emotions going into this challenge and was worried if it was the right time or not to be doing the challenge. However, I am now so happy that I did because the timing turned out to be perfect and exactly what I needed.

Throughout this challenge I've been able to really go deep into areas of my life where I needed to release or re-evaluate things. I've been able to process the end of my relationship and the guilt and grief that came along with it all with the help of Cacao and our weekly ceremonies. 

I feel that cacao has really helped me see clearly and helped me to connect more deeply with myself. 

Cacao has been a medicine that I come back to time and time again since being introduced to cacao previously by Lucia. This time though I feel like I've been able to wake up to a new deeper level with cacao, and I am looking forward to continuing to work and connect with this special plant medicine. 

I feel like I am now much more grounded and centred and am much more rooted in my power again. I feel like a new person.
