Cacao & Hapè One2One Session: "I have never felt such a significant shift occur..."

Just wanted to say thank you so much for Friday. I have never felt such a significant shift occur and being able to visibly see and feel a lot of the darkness leaving my body, mind and soul. As you said, a lot of it was not mine to hold. I have slept so much better and feel grounded for the first time in several months. I can not thank you enough for your time and understanding, you really are an amazing soul and I am so grateful you held space for me  All the love to you xxxx
