Thank you Lucia and everyone for the first journey on day 1 of this wonderful challenge.

I have reconnected with the stillpoint inside of me and am reminded that however busy I am or chaotic the world is I can remain calm and composed, unruffled by the external forces and pressures surrounding me. This still point is always there, anchoring me and connecting me home.
