Friday's healing ceremony was my 3rd Cacao Ceremony with Lucia online.... was probably the most intense for me so far and it helped release emotion that I had been struggling to let go of for a while.... it's such a beautiful & safe space that she holds for us all and each time we do these I get more insight into my deeper self whilst being able to connect with lovely Lucia herself and others who are on the same level as me....Her humor and straight up attitude take some of the heaviness and seriousness away from this experience and I can definitely say it brings joy & laughter to this sometimes painful healing work!
