Another amazing session with Lucia yesterday... a guided meditation to heal my inner child. Of all the sessions I’ve had with Lucia this was by far the most profound. The images / feelings that I am left with will undoubtedly help me moving forward when I’m in need of some self-love or self-forgiveness. As Lucia says, we’re all just broken children in grown-up bodies.
Cannot thank you enough, Lucia and I encourage everyone to find some time to speak to our local, urban shaman and learn to love yourselves.
