Thank you for todays journey! Hadn't realised how much fear I had in me and never thought that some of it I had from my childhood. Felt all shivery after the ceremony and could feel the emptiness where the fear used to be. now it's time to fill this space with something new now that the old fear is out. my fear now is that the old fear might creep back, but I'm stronger now and will not let it back (or at least will try my all best not to) xx
