Thank you for the Big Shift weekend. The opportunity to feel safe, protected and free to explore feelings and personal journeys is invaluable. So often we are made to feel guilty or selfish about taking time out for ourselves but if we are not nurtured by ourselves how can we expect others to nurture and honour us too?
This is the first time I have met Lucia and her down to earth, actually grounded nature is so welcoming and accepting that you really feel able to go deep within yourself without judgement.
Thank you for making this weekend happen and thank you to all the other beautiful people who showed up for themselves and the group on both days. I look forward to working with you again, Lucia.
