This was my second cacao session and the journey had even more impact than the first. Lucia knows how to hold space with natural ease and comfort. Those new were made very welcome, and the group immediately bonded. The experience for me was incredibly powerful and although a little turbulent for my emotions, I recognise that’s part of healing and finding true direction. I write this the next day feeling closer to nature, wonderfully rested and clear in mind. What Lucia is doing here in Guernsey is unique and hugely valuable. I’d highly recommend her cacao ceremonies and her work.
