I have just finished Lucia's 6 month transformational apprenticeship and what a transformation it has been! I have learnt so much about myself, behaviour patterns, thoughts, things that have been taught, energy, connection, nature, plant medicines but more so have found a deep connection with myself, nature and there is now hope.
It has really transformed my way of thinking about myself and the world, and has made the relationships around me so much better, genuine and truthful. I feel like I can really be myself without feeling shame.
I arrived depressed, anxious and what the doctors diagnosed as Fibromyalgia. With a combination of talking therapy, and I mean really being heard! shamanic reiki, cacao, guided meditations, reflexology, card readings, nutrition advice and Lucia's constant support whenever I have needed her, it really has transformed my life.
I can now say I USED to have depression, anxiety & fibromyalgia because they are no longer part of who I am now!
