The Art & Cacao ceremony was both fun and inspiring! I was a little apprehensive about creating the art work initially, however I soon got into the flow and found it to be enjoyable and also a great 'negative energy release' - around thoughts of 'everything has to be perfect'! I would recommend this to anyone and everyone as it can only help to make you feel great and also clear any blockages around being creative!
