The Reset & Renew Hour

Service Description

We are living in intense and tender times. Many people are struggling with time, energy, and finances, yet the need for safe, compassionate spaces to breathe and reconnect has never been greater. I created the Reset & Renew Hour as a way to honour both my value and yours. It is a shorter, more affordable way of working with me, a dedicated 60 minutes to slow down, listen, and tend to what is most present for you. What is the Reset & Renew Hour? This session is rooted in embodiment: the practice of listening deeply to your body, breath, and emotions, and learning to meet them with safety, curiosity, and care. So often, we live in our minds — analyzing, pushing through, trying to “fix” what feels uncomfortable. But the body holds wisdom, and when we bring our awareness into it, something shifts. Tightness begins to soften. Grief and anger find space to move. The nervous system finds steadiness. From here, life becomes clearer, lighter, more spacious. What happens in a session?  🌿 Grounding — We begin with a short practice to settle your system and arrive together in the space. 🌿 Intention setting — You’ll share what feels alive for you today: a challenge, emotion, or situation you’d like to explore. 🌿 Embodied exploration — Together, we will turn gently toward the body, toward sensation, toward what is asking for attention. I guide you through inquiry, breath, and grounding, weaving in my integrative practices of compassionate inquiry, sound, energy work, and plant medicine wisdom. 🌿 Integration — We’ll embody the insight or shift that arises, so you can carry it with you into your life with more clarity, regulation, and connection. This is not about chasing quick fixes or forcing constant calm. It is about creating safety, presence, and permission to listen to yourself more deeply. Why this offering? I know how vital these moments of care are, and I also know how hard it can feel to carve out time and resources for yourself.
