The Seven Chakra Illumination

Join me on this deeply transformative 8 week unique experience where we bring the body’s seven main Chakras into alignment through a fluid combination of journeying, cacao, shamanic healing and togetherness.

This 8 week journey will leave you feeling calm and in a state of harmony, resulting in an increased feeling of wellbeing and empowerment.

The 7 Chakra Illumination is a form of Shamanic Energy Healing and Journeying that focuses on channelling energy into each of the seven chakras.

When we talk about treating chakras we are referring to treating your energetic body. The body is not only made up of the physical body, we have an energy that extends beyond our physical that needs to be attended too to live a happy and abundant life.  

In this 8 weeks I will teach you how to recognise when a chakra is blocked, what causes this and how to re-align it in a safe and nurturing space.

Once you know more about your chakras, you can really begin to understand your innermost thoughts and feelings. Connecting to this part, deep within yourself, is the step you need to take toward healing and personal growth.
