The Plant Reset is a four week return to yourself, on every level at once: body, nervous system, and spirit, moving together instead of in isolation.

This is the live version, held together in community. Every Sunday at 7pm BST, for four weeks, we meet as a group to move through that week's practices, talk through what's coming up, and hold the space together.

Alongside the calls, you'll be part of a private WhatsApp group where a new recipe, meditation and somatic practice lands each week.

You get everything in the self-led workbook too: thirteen nervous system modules on fight, flight, freeze and fawn, a full four week plant-based meal plan, daily somatic practices, and my own ceremonial cacao ritual for the mornings a big breakfast isn't the answer.
