Heart Opening Cacao Ceremony & Sound Bath with Nessi Gomes

Join Lucia for another powerful surround Sound Bath experience with Cacao hosted with the incredibly talented, international singer and songwriter Nessi Gomes!

I am very excited and fortunate to collaborate with my dearest friend Nessi before she goes off on her travels for the next couple of months.

This is an event NOT to be missed!

Join us on this very special ceremony, where we will begin with Lucia leading you through the start of the Cacao Ceremony where we will aim to mindfully unwind, open our hearts and prepare for Nessi.

We will then enter our relaxation phase with Nessi, who will take you thorough a deeply therapeutic sonic journey. The application of intention and sound through Nessi's voice and the other instruments that she uses, initiates a conversation with the body and this helps to balance the mind, body and spirit.

Cacao has been used traditionally by the Mayans as a sacred plant medicine with potent healing properties, opening the heart and facilitating entry into spiritual realms. Cacao is gentle & expansive carrying a love-filled energy that allows people to grow and experience an inner connectedness with themselves, others, and the world as a whole.

Lucia will be brewing a special Cacao Beverage to prime our bodies for this sound journey. This heart-opening beverage can facilitate deep emotional presence and feeling of expansive love. Participants can choose whether or not to participate in this part of the experience. The evening will be guided by sacred drumming, bowls and sounds while we all journey inward.
