 These are challenging and uncertain times. Each day we watch news of the pandemic, injustices, and a planet in peril. In response, our emotions may sway between anxiety and resilience, despair and hope, grief and love. Just when we need it the most, our normal means of contact, connection and support have been strained if not uprooted.  

These healing circles are a safe and supportive space to walk with each other through these times.  Each circle is a blend of sharing and silence, compassion and curiosity. Our agreements ensure acceptance and confidentiality. We honour our own unique paths to healing and respect the choices of others.
