Awakening The Hidden: A Shamanic Women's Shadow Circle

I’m inviting you to a special afternoon designed for women who are ready to look within, embrace their shadows, and start the process of true integration.

On Sunday, 11th May, from 2pm to 6pm, I’ll be holding a sacred space called Awakening the Hidden — a circle for deep shadow work, healing, and self-discovery. This isn’t about fixing yourself; it’s about remembering the parts of you that have been pushed aside or kept hidden, and gently bringing them into the light.

We’ll be working with cacao — a sacred plant medicine that opens the heart — and Egyptian blue lotus flower, a powerful ally for visionary insight and calming the mind. Together, these sacred plants will help us meet ourselves with kindness and curiosity, creating a safe space for vulnerability and healing.
