Autumn Equinox Sacred Retreat
Time & Location
About the Event
Join Lucia on this Autumn Equinox Sacred Retreat to prepare for the time when nights become longer than days.
Experiencing a 7-hour retreat within and creating a deep release in body, mind and spirit.
This day is very close to the equinox - equal day & night time, conjunct with the harvest full moon on 20th creating a powerful ceremony of the ancient ritual of cacao drinking & bathing in the sounds of 100% Clear Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls. The heart-opening effects of cacao combined with the enchanting & serene sounds of Crystal Bowls will guide you deeper into connection with yourself and deeper into relaxation, reflection & healing.
During the first part of this ceremony, we will explore what has ripened and flourished in us and our lives during the summer and connect with the plant medicine Cacao. In the second part of the journey, we reflect on how we slowly can transition into autumn taking with us that which we want to nourish and integrate further by sitting together sacredly and sharing delicious food we each bring together as a community.
At the core of the session will be the cacao ritual embedded in the meditative sounds of the crystal bowls supporting us in deepening our experience.
