I am so honoured to invite you to my first Ancient Sound Healing of 2026,

a 90 minute immersion into deep rest, resonance and recalibration.

 

On Friday 27th February, you will be gently bathed in layers of sound designed to calm your nervous system, quiet the busy mind and guide you into a deeply restorative state of awareness.
