I’m so happy to invite you to our next Ancient Sound Healing on Friday 24th April, 7:00–8:30pm a 90-minute journey into deep rest, gentle recalibration and nervous system nourishment.

This is your space to step away from the pace of daily life and settle into something slower, softer and more spacious.

Sound healing is different from traditional meditation.

There is nothing to concentrate on, no technique to master, nothing to “achieve.” You simply lie back and allow the sounds to carry you.
