Come home to your body, your heart, your own medicine.
For over thirteen years I have sat in circle with people who are tired, grieving, searching, or simply ready for more. Trained within the Shipibo, Ashaninka and Qero lineages, I weave cacao, sound, Hapé, shamanic energy medicine and somatic work into ceremonies, retreats and one to one sessions.
None of this is about me fixing you. It is about you remembering your own power, feeling it settle back into your body, and walking out lighter, braver and more yourself.

I weave ancient medicine with what I know about the body and the mind, so whatever rises in you has somewhere safe to land.
Cacao ceremony
Heart opening work with ceremonial cacao, to soften what has been held tight and help you hear your own inner guidance again.
Plant medicine and integration
Hapé and the sacred plants, held with deep respect, with time to prepare well and to integrate what you receive.
Sound and vibration
Crystal bowls, drum and voice. You lie down, and the sound takes it all away.
Somatic work and breath
Breathwork and gentle body work to settle your nervous system and release what your body has been carrying.
Shamanic energy medicine
Medicine Wheel and Andean practices to clear heavy energy, call back lost pieces of you and journey through your inner landscape.
Compassionate witnessing
Counselling and Compassionate Inquiry, so you are truly seen and heard, without judgement, at your own pace.

Healing happens in circle.
Around the fire, under the stars, in the sea on a cold Guernsey morning. When we gather and lay down our armour, something ancient wakes up in us.
My work is to keep that fire burning, so you can find your way back to it, and leave knowing you were your own medicine all along.
