Experienced my 2nd online cacao ceremony this week. A deep cleanse couldn't have come at a better time. Anxiety at an all time high following a build up of personal life challenges. I was so jumpy last week, thought I was being followed everywhere, not sleeping, my mind was chaotic. Since this ceremony, I am like a different person. The constant narrative has just disappeared, sleeping soundly, feel blissfully relaxed and calm. Honestly, cacao is pure magic. And I am so glad to have Lucia as part of my life. She is one strong woman and I feel privileged to have met her and be guided by her. I love her honesty, her rawness, her edge. She has the ability to lift you in just one sentence. Look forward to the next ceremony already 💜
