Thank you so much for offering the taster ceremony. It was perfect for me and came at just the right time.

I felt heavy hearted and guilty at the beginning of the circle but left feeling like my soul had been hugged.

I felt awful last night. Nauseous with an awful headache but that has lifted this morning and I feel lighter than I have for a long time.

I have already recommended that people try it. I look forward to many more.
