The summer solstice half day retreat met all expectations. Another fantastic guided meditation with the amazing Lucia as I said to her “ it feels like I’m home” with every session I take part in Meeting a fantastic group of people opening up and sharing if they choose to, no demands a relaxed warm atmosphere. We took part in a lovely yoga session which we could do as much or as little as we wanted with lovely Mel. Then finally the well worth waiting for vegan feast cooked by Georgie it was so tasty and fresh with amazing foods supplied by Mother Earth. As always left with inner peace and happy I’m further down my journey. Can’t wait for the next meeting. A-HO xx
