Lucia and Sabine's Cacao and Gong Ceremony, is a must have experience. It's the best use of 4 hours that I've had in a long time and highly recommend it. My body and mind felt truly nourished by the cacao, like I had been deficient in something vital. I felt wonderfully calm throughout Lucia's lovely meditation. When Sabine started the Gongs, I can only describe it as a beautiful experience, that felt right for my body and left me wanting more. Both Sabine and Lucia held a safe space in a way that demonstrates many years of skill and experience. Thoroughly recommend this. Thank you ladies!
