One Spirit Medicine has had a very positive affect on my life. I was apprehensive but Lucia is kind and friendly and makes the whole process a pleasure. The detox plan, initially seemed quite extreme but it’s actually changed my life as I’ve embraced a not processed healthy diet & now eat a lot more vegetarian meals, which I’m loving! I was very lucky in that some lovely ladies also joined me on this journey and in opening up to them and being able to share in their own personal experiences a weight as been lifted from my shoulders. The journey continues and I’m certainly not sorry about that! Thank you to Lucia and to the Tribe x
