The last month has been very challenging for me but also very rewarding. I never realised how much will power I actually had. With my cacao ceremonies opening up to ladies that I had never met before. I found this upsetting at times because I have never been one to talk out in a group and not having much confidence. but Lucia helped and supported me at my difficult times she is one special lady and very inspiring in the work that she loves so passionately. I also met some lovely caring ladies on the same journey. It helped me to treat my body and mind and soul with lots of love and respect and so my journey continues ahead. Thank you so much Lucia and to all the ladies that I met.
