I can honestly say the last month has been so inspiring and life altering on many levels. On a physcial level my diet and attitude to my body have been challenged, in a gentle supportive way. I have learnt new habits that have re-energised my physical self and will continue to do so. The last month has also broken old cycles and set me back on the right path in the spiritual realm. Lucia expertly and so caringly guided us through a series of magical cacao ceremonies that were both healing and empowering. These were such a deep insight into my spiritual self and Lucia’s guidance and wisdom was an infintely precious source. The ladies in the Circle were the most open and inspirational souls, there were laughter and tears, and so much love and support. I am so excited about the thought of new and meaningful friendships with these amazing women. I have to admit that last night there were a few tears as I am going to miss the weekly Circle and them individually so much, but we do have plans to all keep in touch thoughout our
journeys’ ahead.
The last month with Lucia and the beautiful One Medicine Tribe has truly been a blessing. Thank you Lucia and thank you to all the incandescent ladies in the Circle, I really cannot describe how grateful I am to you all xx
