I had never experienced such a deep connection with myself. Heading to this meditation I felt like I had a lot of questions about my fears and my role in life. A part of me was skeptical and didn’t think I could find answers within myself but it did happened. Through the relaxation and the visualizations Lucia guided us though I was able to find and listen to a voice inside of me that sounded true and kind. I realized how beneficial it is to pause for real, not just a few minutes, but truly pause and let Lucia’s voice guide me to a state in which I can hear my truth and calm my fears.
