My goodness what did you, the Cacao do to me!
I was sooooo chilled I could have fallen backwards.
I was still feeling the effects this morning and loved it.
I felt my chest release, loosen something I was holding onto.
A problem I knew I had but wasn't looking to resolve yet, was made clearer and helped me to understand and deal with, clarity I guess is the word.
Thanks you so much for bringing this into my life.
If you will be holding one in November then I will be there.
